Thinking about fall style today

I love summer. And pretty much all things summer. I love printed shorts, beach cover ups, clothes with pom poms on them. The beach, walks on summer evenings, cookouts..... you get the picture. But somehow this year, as summer is in its peak, I find my mind going to fall. Cinnamon, all things pumpkin, falling leaves, crisp air & fall apparel. I think it is because this fall I have some clothing items I am itching to break out of my closet. Some items I am looking forward to wearing are my Frye boots, first pair I have owned and I think they just might be my favorite boots, ever!

Planning to wear a lot with skinny dark wash jeans & sweaters. Another item I am super excited about, that I a probably a little behind on (was the big fashion trend last fall among fashion bloggers, but I was never lucky enough to find at a reasonable cost) is my Zara Blanket Scarf! These retailed for under $20 at Zara last year, then they became a big, sold out hit & people were listing them on Ebay & Poshmark for over $100! Thankfully I found a good deal on one on Poshmark (Which is a great site for those trying to find fashionable items at a good price!). Anyhow this year I am hoping
this comes back, but if not I know I will still wear and enjoy as I love the plaid & colors of it!

The other item that is on its way to me right now, should be here today is my Madewell Slim Camden tote. And by the way, I said I would update you on the Ebay one that I am selling, and what the final cost of mine was. Currently I have 2 days left to my auction and the bag is up to $156 with 5 watchers! So that should be good news for me! Anxious to see what I ended up getting mine for! I am imagining under $30 for sure!

Lastly I have fallen prey to the J.Crew Herringbone Vest craze! It was big last fall, and looks to be big again this fall. I pretty much love all things J.Crew so I figured I couldn't go wrong. Currently these are on backorder from J.Crew Factory till November so I am glad I ordered mine when I did, as we all know NE Ohio gets cold enough for a vest by late September.  P.S. If anyone needs one in a Medium, I may just have bought two lol :)

Now the last two items I don't own, and I need your help deciding on! Trying to figure out if I want L.L. Bean "Duck" boots for those rainy & snowy days ahead or a pair of Hunter Boots. I like them both & just having a hard time making a choice! Which is your pick?

1: Hunter Boots
 2: L.L. Bean Boots

Thanks for reading & boot feedback!  - Caroline
